Basement Waterproofing Customer Testimonial from Hong L. in Piscataway, NJ

Jack from Quality 1st came by and immediately identify the source of the water issue was NOT from the foundation but most likely due to a leak in the outdoor bib. Opened the wall and there it was, water leaking from the shark bite connector.
A few days ago, another contractor came and looked at the same problem and immediately quoted $3500 to install a drainpipe with no mentioning of the potential leaking issue. I think it's fair to say which business is more honest.
Can't comment on how good a job Quality 1st basement is doing, but at least I know they're not going to charge me something I don't need.
