In this partially finished basement, under the Bilco doors, there seemed to be water at the bottom of the stairwell. We installed our TrenchDrain surface drainage system, which will effectively capture surface water that makes its way down the stairwell. By installing this heavy-duty reinforced plastic drainage channel, you'll never have to worry about rust, moisture damage, or upkeep.

This customer would get water leaking in the basement during heavy rainfall. Here we dug up around the perimeter of the basement for our WaterGuard sub-floor drainage system. By having an Egress window, it dramatically increased the amount of light coming into the basement. Also, in case of an emergency, our Egress Window has built-in steps that make it easier to climb out.
