Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

This customer was having issues with mold in the basement due to water entering the basement whenever it would rain. 

We went out to the property and did some Mold X 2 treatment on the areas that had mold, then installed Waterguard around the full perimeter of the basement, we installed a SuperSump with Battery Backup and a SaniDry Dehumidifier.

This Thorndale PA customer reached out to Basement Systems USA because they were in the market for a new sump pump with a battery backup. We came out to his home and upgraded him to a SuperSump with an UltraSump Battery Backup. The SuperSump quietly pumps 2,650 gallons per hour and in case of a power outage, the UltraSump will turn on automatically and will alarm to tell you you are running on the backup. The UltraSump will pump 12,000 total gallons out on a new, fully charged power pack.

Recently, we completed a basement waterproofing project for a homeowner in Thorndale, PA, who contacted us after experiencing repeated issues with water collecting in their basement. Our solution was to install the SuperSump system. The SuperSump combines various advanced components, including a powerful Zoeller cast iron pump known for high-volume water removal, and an alert system designed to notify when water levels become concerning. This customer had a finished basement that he wanted to turn into an extra living space. Before doing so, he knew he needed an Egress window and reached out to our company for help.

We came out and installed a 48x48 Slider Egress window that will allow a ton of natural light to shine in to the basement, along with the Egress window we installed our Rockwell and Rockwell cover. In case of an emergency,  the Egress window and Rockwell will allow a safe and quick exit from the basement.
