Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

In this old cellar, a musty smell was starting to occur because the basement was getting humid due to the sump pump system failing. At times the system wasn't able to pump out the amount of water it was taking in and began to flood the area. We removed the old system and installed our SuperSump pump system with a Zoeller M53 cast iron pump and have the WaterWatch alarm system that will allow the homeowner to know if water levels get too high. 

In this Rosedale home, the sump pump was not pumping and would continuously fill up. The team removed the old system and installed our SuperSump pump with the Zoeller M53 cast iron pump that is specifically designed to pump out 2,600-6,200 gallons per hour. This system has an airtight lid that keeps out insects, odors and even Radon gas with a built-in alarm that will alert the owner that the water level has risen. The area is now safe and your basement is water free.

Customer had concerns that when it rained, water was coming in through the wall, dripping down and puddling on the floor. To correct this, we installed a CleanSpace vapor barrier on the wall, Waterguard was installed along the perimeter which directs the water coming in, to our SuperSump Pump.

At this Nottingham home, the owner started to get a strong musty smell coming from the basement, but had no sign of water intrusion or mold. In order to eliminate the muggy feeling, we installed our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, which is designed to relieve allergens and high humidity. By getting this installed the relative humidity will lower significantly, which will affect the upstairs and will no longer have the muggy, wet smell.
