Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

When this Phoenix, MD homeowner began noticing damp spots, musty odors, and water stains in their basement, they grew concerned about potential mold growth, wood rot, and long-term structural damage. Our team conducted a thorough inspection and identified multiple sources of moisture intrusion, including groundwater seeping along the foundation, surface water pooling near the basement entry points, and minor leaks around windows. To address these issues, we installed our WaterGuard Drainage System to capture and redirect groundwater, a TrenchDrain System paired with a TripleSafe Sump Pump to manage surface water and ensure reliable water removal, CleanSpace Wall Panels to protect the walls and channel seepage into the drainage system, and a SunHouse Window Well to prevent water accumulation around basement windows.

This comprehensive approach provided the homeowner with a dry, safe, and structurally secure basement while protecting the home from further water damage!

This Maryland homeowner reached out to our company in reference to replacing 4 original basement windows and wells. This replacement consisted of our 4 EverLast Windows and 4 Sunhouse Enclosures.

This customer had a partially finished basement and was looking into installing an Egress in the unfinished portion of the basement. Not only was the customer looking to get an egress installed, she also requested underpinning for the Egress just to be preventative. 

Our production crew came out and knocked this project out of the park, we installed 2 Egress windows with Rockwells WellDucts, which would tie in to the the waterproofing system we installed( CleanSpace Vapor Barrier, Drytrak and a TripleSafe Sump Pump)and underpinned both egress windows as the customer requested.

This family was highly satisfied with the work done by our production crew and the children were happy they could finally move their bedrooms to the basement!

We had previously done some waterproofing in this customers basement which included an install of a SuperSump Pump with Battery Backup and a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier. The customer reached out to us more recently because they were now ready to finish waterproofing the rest of their basement.

To complete this waterproofing system we installed a Cleanspace Vapor Barrier for any water that is intruding through the finished wall, this barrier will direct the water down to the Waterguard that was installed and then over to the SuperSump to be pumped out and away from their home. 

A homeowner in Severna Park, MD noticed water would puddle in the entrance to their home in the basement. Our crew installed our TrenchDrain to prevent further leaking. This system lies flat along the entryway and connects to our WaterGuard sub-floor drain. Thanks to our inspector and our crewman, the homeowner won't have to worry about water build-up at the back door.
