In this dirt floor crawl space, the homeowners used a vapor barrier to try and keep the moisture down, but now there are signs of mold growth. We went out to the property to install our WaterGuard sub-floor drainage system that will capture any leakage from the wall. This system will pump the water into the sump pump system that will safely keep it away from the walls. Then we trimmed the wall back in order to install our CleanSpace Vapor barrier, which is an effective waterproofing system and captures any moisture seeping in, keeping the basement dry.
