A homeowner in Nutley, NJ, reached out after noticing water seepage in their unfinished basement. To avoid structural deterioration and rot, they contacted us for a solution. This Holmdel, NJ basement started as a blank slate with block walls, exposed ceiling insulation, and unfinished floors. The drains, positioned beneath the floor, create a channel for water intrusion to redirect away from the foundation and into the sump pump. Our ThermalDry Flooring is fully waterproof and mold-resistant, featuring pegs on the underside of the tiles to establish a thermal break between the floor and the concrete. This installation enhances the basement's aesthetics while providing an effective waterproofing system that remains discreet.
