Highly Recommend this company. I had a leaking wall and windows in my basement. They did an excellent job. The area was cleaned up. They showed up on time, and work a full day. The job was reviewed with me prior to starting, and after the work was done. I also got a courtesy call from the company. So far, no more leaks. I am pleased.

Hired them for 3 projects I have installed this basement waterproofing solution in 2 homes. System speaks for itself. Nothing better on the market. Work was first-rate. Expectations were presented prior to the project. Details on what would happen and how the project would go. Would not hesitate to use again, installed New basement egress. This project did not go as planned, but not at the fault of basement systems. Was originally supposed to get a BILCO door but due to unforeseen issues, that was not able to happen. They ended up installing a new staircase from my basement to ground level. Work was first-rate and ended up better than a bilco door. The company re-landscaped and everything is as it was. All work performed was top notch and no issues on anything they have done

Although I was out of the country for the install, I am very happy with the project and everything looks great. 

The crew did a great job installing the system, and he even came back out and fixed a cement issue. We have had a few rains, and the basement is still dry. Great job!

He spent a lot of time explaining the mechanics of what had happened to cause my basement to flood. A lot of it was the opposite of my intuition, but he patiently answered all of my questions. In addition to an overall estimate for waterproofing our basement, he worked with me to sketch out a first-phase project that would solve our immediate issues while remaining reasonably affordable. I really appreciate that, and that is one of the reasons we'll be using your company in the future.

I trust this company with any tough job. I m a DIYer and can do a lot on my own, but I come to your company for any thing out of my league. They are always great and so trustworthy

They were a wonderful crew. He has great customer service skills as he double checked with me all there was to do, explained how they would seal the top of the install, and assured me that they’d leave no debris inside the trench & could install behind my appliances (ie heater and furnace) with ease. How they tucked the install behind the narrow space of drywall behind my washer/dryer is beyond me! :-D  I was pleased w/ the finished product, and how smooth & clean the walls & the lip of the trench look now compared to before. We had a heavy rain after that and i could see already the clean space alleviated some of my issues.

I was very happy with the team that did my installation. They showed up on time, did excellent work, cleaned up after themselves and worked hard despite the hot weather. 

Did not find mold, but cautioned against some moisture seeping into the house.Recommended calling a plumber for a leak in the hose. Gave specific suggestionsfor preventive maintenance. Very friendly and professional
