I am very satisfied with the final work completed by Quality 1st Basement Systems. My inspector Rick was very clear on the installation process and answered all of my questions. I did not feel any sales pressure and all of the products met my needs. The office staff was always friendly and helpful when I called with additional questions or concerns, and the installation crew led by Victor Leon was professional, hardworking, and respectful of our space.

I used Quality 1st to put a triple safe sump pump in my basement. They were incredible from the start. They sent information regarding the people that were coming to the house, showed up on time, and left the area spotless. Jeffrey Nero came by at first to discuss the options and was very thorough and knowledgeable. Eric was the installer and he explained the work that was being done and kept me informed as the install was being done. I wanted to extend the discharge area a little further once it was complete and Thomas was able to come within a few days to complete the extension. I will be using the company again when we decide to fully finish the basement and put in the drainage system.

From scheduling our free estimate to the repair being completed the whole process was beyond A+ service and professionalism! They mailed out information pamphlets and booklets before our estimated date which gave us a lot of information. Joe Mancini was the professional who gave us our free estimate and sat us down and explained every step of the process in full. Before we knew it we were scheduled and the repairs were completed. The team that did the repairs was beyond prompt, professional, and very knowledgeable! We know who to hire for any future repairs ever needed and will only recommend them to friends and family!

Very satisfied with the job. We had been looking to fix the concrete problem for about 5 years before getting a quote from Quality 1st. The System Design Specialists presentation was very informative and the installation team was the best. 

I liked the idea of encapsulation systems, it makes my space usable. Your team of installers came back to finish the job the next day, they started at 5 PM or so and did not leave till 8:30 PM and were hard working. I am completely satisfied with the job done by Quality 1st Basement Systems. I had them waterproof my basement and crawlspace after I noticed some water seepage and issues. I first got introduced to Quality 1st by my neighbor who has his basement waterproofed and finished. When I called to set up my initial inspection the office staff was very helpful and professional. When I met with my inspector he did a superb job at explaining all of my possible solutions and left me with a proposal the same day! The installation crew did a great job and completed everything in 2 days. In the end I chose Quality 1st because I believe in their products.

I called for my free estimate and liked that all of my questions and concerns were answered by the office staff. After meeting with my salesman John I felt confident in what had to be done to waterproof my basement. I invested in the Triplesafe sump pump system along with the full perimeter Waterguard system. The installation crew led by Juan Garcia did a great job. They were on time, efficient, quiet and clean. I will gladly recommend Quality 1st to anyone with a water problem.

Annual maintenance of sump pump. This sump pump is great. If we didn’t have it, we couldn’t use the basement. Quality First does a great job keeping it clean & running properly. Highly recommend. Ryan was great and I will request him again next year.
