You were willing to provide a quote for free, the competitor wanted a $300 non-refundable deposit for the inspection. Your product is a good one and the warranty is solid. The book is what sold me but the staff was very professional also.

Our patio and walkways around the inground pool had become uneven after 34 years. Quality First came out and made all the concrete levels after adjusting 8 sections of the walkway and two sections of the patio seating area. We are pleased with the results!
