Prior to having Quality First come, our basement flooded or got water in it after every rain and snow, but after they completed the job, we haven't had a drop since. The technician that came to our house was Will Harris, and he mapped out all the problem areas and made awesome suggestions... He wasn't pushy and forcing anything on us either... We went with a Triple-Sump pump, an Air Filter, and The Water Guard... This was awesome and are thrilled with everything! We will definitely be using Quality First for any waterproofing needs and other services.
