Overall Quality 1st did a good job waterproofing my crawlspace. My System Design Specialist Dan did a good job explaining all of my waterproofing options, he was very knowledgeable. My installation team led by Wilver was hard working and finished the job in one day! I did research with other companies and chose Quality 1st because they had a good competitive price, and I felt that they had a good reputation and would stand behind their work.

Jeff Nero did a great job assessing our needs and explaining fully the process from start to finish. An existing crack in our foundation wall that had been there since the first day of our home ownership 26 years ago, is now stabilized. The initial work was completed within 5 hours and the permits and inspections were handled exclusively by Quality 1st Basement. The work men were respectful of our home, neat, efficient and meticulous of how are property was restored to the original condition. The prospect of rebuilding the basement wall in order to prepare our home for sale was frightening. We are now at ease about listing our home with the assurance that the foundation is stable - with a 25 year warranty! Give them a call...You won't be disappointed.

We just had our concrete around our pool lifted. Iian did an excellent job!  It was so hot yesterday, but he just continued to work. He was prompt, hard working and very pleasant.

I had been looking to fix my sinking sidewalk for three to four years. My friend posted a video on Facebook about PolyLEVEL. I called for an estimate and my salesman John was professional, personable and honest. Removal and replacement of the concrete was at least twice the money as PolyLEVEL. The installation team was excellent and I am completely satisfied with the job done.

I found Quality 1st in the "Home Improvement" magazine and called them for a free estimate. I was very happy with the salesmen that come out, he explained the problem and went through a presentation explaining how they could fix the problem. We went with Quality 1st to do the work and the entire experience from start to finish was great.

They knew exactly what they were doing never stopped a minute, and at the end of the day, they left our basement spotless. They were just amazing. Steve came out for an estimate from that day I knew I was in good hands. Steve explained everything that they were going to do from start to finish and Mario took the time out to explain it exactly step by step that he was going to do.
