I am very satisfied with the work done in my basement by Quality 1st Basement systems. I was initially having a problem when it rained heavily I would get water in one corner of my basement. I originally had french drains installed in 1994, and when I saw  the Quality 1st ad in Clipper Magazine, I knew that it was time for an upgrade. When meeting with my inspector, he was able to answer all of my questions and provide me with a free written estimate. In the end I chose to go with Quality 1st because they offered a good price and offered more qualities and warranty's than other companies. My installation team led by Juan Garcia did an exceptional job with my basement. I am a happy customer.

I am very happy with the work completed by Quality 1st Basement Systems, they transformed my entire basement with their products. Before contacting them I always had water in my basement during heavy rains, it was unfinished damp and very humid. I originally found them online and after doing some research I decided to call for my free estimate appointment. The office staff was very polite and answered all of my questions. On the day of my inspection my salesman Dan was very good. I chose Quality 1st because they were straight forward with answers and did not push us to do more than we needed to. The installation crew was great, they waterproofed, and finished my entire basement in just 3 days!

Tom, I want to thank you for the flag and pole on my front lawn, your way of thanking me as a veteran.  I have never had anyone thank me to this extent for serving our country. I once had an employee at Burger King shake my hand for serving. Many have thank me for serving in Korea in 1955-6. I was not at home when the flag was raised, sure was disappointed that I missed it. Seeing the flag when I arrived home that high "All lite up" what a beautiful sight. I feel honored about the program. But I do not consider myself a hero. The heroes are the guys that did not make it back home. I deeply thank you, you are true American.

Don't hesitate to use this company!I have used Quality 1st Basements for probably ten to fifteen years. I called them out initially, and they installed a sump pump after the prior one had failed. Then, they came out to do yearly services on it. What I really like about this is they call me, and I don't have to remember to call them for the yearly maintenance. During one of their service calls, I asked about tying in my roof drains. I had one at the front of my house that would flood out my flower beds and wash all the mulch into the sidewalk when it rained. I wanted to tie that into a PVC pipe that could be tied into the sump pump. I had two down spouts, and they tied those into the sump pump drainage. My sump pump has a good life span, by the way, and I only recently had to replace the battery for it. They have done other work for me, too. I was tired of having a dirt floor, and I wanted a basement wrap system. This is basically a water proofing system, and it's like a plastic membrane with channels in it so the water can find its way to the sump pump. They offered a payment plan for that, and I really liked that. I had one year to pay it off with no interest. On another yearly service call, his gadget told us the humidity level was really high. I knew the crawl space was pretty damp, but I can be skeptical, and I was. He did such a good job explaining what the gadget was showing and was so patient answering my questions until I had a good understanding of what was going on. I thought about it, and I decided it was probably best to have them install a dehumidifier. Everything they have done for me has turned out great. i haven't had any problems with anything, and I have really enjoyed working with them on the various projects. They come highly recommended from me!

Outstanding service! Steve R. was absolutely wonderful! He explained the entire process and made for a seamless solution to my crawlspace problem. The project was priced fairly and completed extremely quickly. The work was completed 2 weeks ago and I am quite happy. I will come back to do a follow-up review of Quality 1st in 1-2 months.
