First things first. Mike Fiorillo was an excellent sales rep to work with. Knowledgeable, mindful, professional, and personal at the same time. He went over all the options in detail, did not try to push or upsell on any products. Even gave some tips on the best way to finance the project. TJ showed up with his team on time, as agreed, explained, and showed me everything they will be working on. It was a big project, so it took 3 days to complete, however, each day the team showed up on time, worked very cleanly and efficiently. Everything looks great.  I also want to mention Angie Almonte from their customer service, who was very friendly and professional when she followed up after the project was completed. Highly recommend! A++

I would like to share my experience in recently choosing Ken Peare and his company, Quality 1st basement systems, to conduct a foundation repair on my primary residence. This all started back in September when my family and I began to realize that the garage frame entrance on the side of the house started to slope downwards. Unsure if it was a serious problem, I decided that we would do the repair during the upcoming spring figuring it was only cosmetic. Unfortunately, I could not have been more wrong. By October the entire right side of the house began to slope down, and the driveway started cracking and became uneven. After some investigating, we found that the gutter and pool drainage system were damaged and were not flowing water into the sewer system like they were designed, but under our home instead. After Identifying what the cause was, we needed a company to do the foundation repair. My family and I checked with multiple companies, including Quality 1st, to obtain the best solution and price. By far, Ken was able to provide the most intelligent and fairly priced solution to the issue we were having. He provided us with a detailed scope of the work broken down to exact dollar. It was a “no brainer” for us and we contracted Quality 1st to start the work as soon as the provided structural engineering  and permits were ready. Within 30 days of the signed contract Quality 1st gathered all of the permits and plans necessary and began  to repair our foundation. All of the workers were very neat and professional and the entire job was completed in under 1 week which was amazing. My home and the foundation is rests on are supported and more accurately level than they ever  were. I truly appreciate the level of professionalism and transparency that Ken Peare and his company displayed with my most valuable material possession. I would and will highly recommend Ken and Quality 1st basement systems to anyone, including friends and family, for any solutions they offer.
