The guys were on time and performed the job as I wanted. They were professional and thorough and cleaned up the area when they were done. I had a trench dug about 30 feet to continue the downspout underground to the back of the yard. I highly recommend this company.

For a year I thought about getting a drainage system in my basement. Quality 1st Basement Systems had a new pipe system that I had never seen, it wasn't the traditional plastic pipe. The installation team was very efficient!

First came the phone call to 1st. The woman made an appointment and told me the name of the person who would be coming to provide me with an estimate and a recommendation. Then, a reminder phone call the day before.The representative was thoroughly professional, assessed the situation correctly and set a date for the repair to occur.The repair crew arrived on-time and finished up promptly. The foreman of the crew explained what has been done, and left the job in a workman-like manner - the worksite was cleaned up well.The fix worked. What more could one ask for?

We thought about fixing the concrete area around the pool for five years before finally moving forward with the work. We did research and received quotes from many companies before choosing Quality 1st Basement Systems to help us get a permanent solution to our tripping hazard. We thought that the System Design Specialist, Maurice, was very nice, likable, and trustworthy. Maurice gave good presentation and so after we were given our free estimate, we knew we would be in good hands. 

Chose Quality 1st to raise my pool deck. Needed 3 sides of the pool concrete lifted as the pool was 29 years old. Was nervous about the procedure but the outcome was excellent! JD and crew did a wonderful job. Very happy and definitely recommend this company.

Overall I am extremely satisfied with all of the work done on my home by Quality 1st Basement Systems. I initially heard about Quality 1st on Angie's List and was impressed with their reviews. I researched other companies and received quotes but in the end chose Quality 1st because they had more options available for my home improvement project. When I called the office staff answered all of my questions and scheduled an appointment for a free estimate. My inspector Kenny was thorough and polite. I had a wet unfinished basement and he helped me transform the entire space to make it livable. I now have a waterproofed finished basement that I can use everyday. The installation crew led by Juan Garcia did excellent work and completed the entire project in just 2 days.

[Dori] was very thorough and knowledgeable about the process.  The installation team was very conscientious and experienced with the PolyLEVEL product application. The technique was minimally visible (small injection drill hole) and the PolyLEVEL material is very durable under the slab. I am very satisified with the job!
