From start to finish this company exceeded my expectations. We needed French drains, a Sump Pump, and some reinforcement done to one basement wall. The salesperson who came out for the initial estimate was thorough and helpful. He explained everything I needed to know, answered all of my questions, and put absolutely NO pressure on me to make a decision. After I decided to go with your company, it was only about a day before they called to schedule the work. They were able to schedule the work for about a month from then. They completed the work in 2.5 days. They were sure to put down tarps for walking through my house and hauled out 100% of the debris from jack-hammering my concrete floors. I was thoroughly impressed from start to finish and highly recommend them!

Quality 1st Basement Systems ROCKS!!!  The old sidewalk in front of my home was a total mess – tilted and uneven in many places; a real hazard.  Their sales rep Jeff Pitek was a pleasure to work with.  After a thorough inspection, he offered a solution that perfectly addressed my issues. Also, the pricing was incredibly affordable when compared to replacing the whole sidewalk. The installation crew did a super job as well – on time, efficient, and with great attention to detail. I am well satisfied with the work completed by Quality 1st Dan M. was very knowledgeable and the cost was within my budget. The wall anchors were able to stabilize the wall and not allow for any further horizontal cracking.
