My basement was flooded on 2 occasions during the 1st 5 years (2003-08) I lived here -- once during a torrential rainfall, and once after a major snowstorm.  I have been very pleased with this company's work and results, and found its employees to be responsive, considerate and skilled. In spite of some record-breaking weather events these past 8 years, a few of which have caused the sump pump to activate, my basement has stayed 100% dry. (I have also been pleased with maintenance visits from your company every 3 or so years since original installation of the system.

Just a note to let you know how pleased I was with the crew that was sent to repair my wall. They were well mannered, efficient, educational and easy to interact with. My company had your company finish our basement at our office and I highly recommend their work! The basement turned out better than expected. The Foreman was very good at communicating and always made sure the job site was clean at the end of the day.
