After interviewing a variety of companies to help us out with our water issue in our crawl space, we decided to schedule the work with your company in North East MD and we are so happy with our decision. From the first phone conversation with the production manager who scheduled our free estimate, to the estimate appointment with the inspector, to the day the work was completed by the lead technician and Nate assistant technician the experience was a pleasant one. She was informative and easy to talk to. He was very down to earth, you felt like you could have him over for coffee. He explained everything in great detail and I didn't feel like I was talking to an obnoxious sales guy. He cared about our issues and fixing them the right way and the cost effective way. It was refreshing to have him break down all the parts/equipment to decided what was worth spending the money on and what we could stand to forego while still solving our problem. He created a blueprint on his laptop in our kitchen and explained every detail. He allowed us a few days to make our decision just as we told him that we need and he wasnt pushy with the follow up, but still kept in touch. His personality, attitude and sales tactics were a huge selling factor in the reason that we selected this company. We also loved the idea that the company and the owner were local to our area and that the owner was a preacher. They also have an excellent warranty that covers the life of the structure making it comforting to know that the warranty can transfer through multiple owners without any fine print, snags. They originally had the next available install date about 30 days from the day we received the estimate. Due to our busy life schedule, a honeymoon, and the upcoming cold weather we were in a time crunch and requested to have it done in 2 weeks. They made some calls and made it happen, again helping us out big time. The week before the install we were out of the country on our Honeymoon and I communicated with her asking that she reach out to my Mom in the event of any last minute changes, she made a note on the account and everything went smoothly. The install crew arrived on time and the lead was excellent at communicating with me from the time that they arrived to the house, to excellent detailed description of what they we actually doing as they performed the work, to the time they took a brief lunch break and the follow up the following day when he had to return to finish the drain outside. They were both very courteous, they worked very hard all day, they were easy to talk to and maintained a very clean work environment both inside and outside of my home as they completed this project. The company also offers a financing option of up to 6 months with 0% interest which was very appealing to help us pay off this project in a timely manner without racking up another high interest home project credit card. From start to finish we couldnt be happier. Now 5 days post install I am happy to report that our system is operating properly and it was well worth the money (a very competitive price I might add) to have the piece of mind to know that we received quality workmanship and to no longer have the fear of further expensive water damage or cringing every time that it rains. The 2 gentleman  that completed the work were excellent.  They installed the system and connected everything as we discussed.  I was also fortunate enough that the project lead found my lost wedding band in the basement.  I could not have been happier or more grateful.  Please extend my thanks again to them.

Work was performed as stated. All questions & concerns were addressed. Workmen were on time and completed job as stated. Foremen checked with us each day to assure we were satisfied.  Cleanup was excellent. 

Haven't used their services just yet but plan on it in the near future. Based this rating on presentation alone. Had a rep come out and go over the product and services with me. And the presentation blew me away. Highly professional and thorough with info.

I was very impressed with the crew that did my installation. My install took longer than we originally anticipated but they were here on-time, every day and worked hard to get it done. Now everything looks great! I'm so happy with the results.

Incredible customer support from Basement Systems. First off,  this company is very good at what they do.  Basement Systems Rep was able to advise me and provide sound solutions that were practical and needed. My basement issues began last May after it was fully finished... that's when the leaks began... With record rainfalls in Maryland, rain created a lot of fear an anxiety in my house. My beautiful new basement home theater room was no longer prime time ready. I tried everything in the book to solve the leak issues and finally had to became serious about it. The Basement Systems team came to the house and installed their systems. No more water... not a drop.... no black mold,  great humidifier and the air feels so good to breath.  The difference is night and day.  He provided great advise and went the extra mile to ensure the job was done correctly and did what I like to see that is special. He checked and double and triple checked the work after the job was finished. Thank you Basement Systems Inc.

I called and spoke to a real person-wow! Was well prepared for what seemed like a great start. So, now we would hear from a sales person. I received a call that afternoon. Well, he was very polite and asked if we wanted him to come out. Yes it was, and low and behold it was going to be our choice when and where. We said the next few days and he says what day was free and then asked what time would be good for us Our day, our time and here he comes – right on time, so here we go. He knew the inside and outside of this business, he had been putting these in for a good many years- We took the tour, and sat down with some brochures of the product that they use and how and what they could do. He gave us what seemed like good info but we wanted to think about it, so we did not commit and told him we would call. We put it off for awhile and he e-mailed me only once to make sure we knew he was still around. Never bothered us as we asked him not to call-we would call him. Got him back and went over our house again and went with most of his idea's. Not pushy at all. Here we go- Here comes a person to our front door. He told us who and where he was from and what his job was. We went down the stairs and looked over his work assignment, an I got he hek out of there. My wife and I moved and covered some of the basement "things". I went down when I heard the jack hammers, and when I got down the crew had everything else covered up. He was answering all my questions and telling me how and when they would be done. Well it turns out that he had something to add, good idea that installing a new drain would be better than using our old drain- seems all the downspouts were draining in the old pipe. They added that to the workload. Quite a good salesman. Next he said he and his crew were starting the walls. He asked what the future of the walls would be - lo and behold we were putting on wall covering that would have to be removed for our future projects. So, we decided to do it right the first time and change the plan. My first choice was the ThermaDry system, so after hearing what was going to be done, he said there was a nicer finished wall and it was called ZenWall, I looked at the ZenWall and said it was real nice so he got a price for the new product and that's what we got. It looks great. I just can't say enough about this crew. I would definitely recommend them to anyone! So now the word is out about your company.

I write to commend the work done. He is dedicated, and industrious; and seems to have that knack of quickly diagnosing a problem and fixing it. I guess that comes with experience but not necessarily possessed by all trades folks. My experience with him, and he has been to my house now on three occasions, is that he cares and wants to do a good job. If ever I need help in the future, send him.I also want to add that I am impressed with the company in general. They seem dedicated to customer satisfaction. I sense they are successful, and I predict they will be around for a long time. That is reassuring to me.
