Theo was Quality1stBasement Systems Team Lead sent out to

place 16 steel piers & 5 smart jacks to stabilize our house foundation which sits on sandy soil on a lagoon in mystic islands.

It was a difficult job due to height constraints when working and bad weather. His crew completed the job within 4 days( I was told it was a 5 day job) and they did a superior job. The best part was the fact that they cleaned up so well. They dug holes on the inside and outside of our foundation and I was concerned I would have to buy all new stone to place around my foundation. When Theo called me to come out for an inspection after he and his team had finished, the outside was immaculate and the stones had all been put back. My wife and I couldn't believe it. We were very impressed how well they had restored everything and had removed all the construction debris from their work. I have had many contractors work for us over the years and none of them had ever cleaned up as well as Theo's team. I have to give he and his Team an A+ for their work ethic and their professionalism. Theo is special. He is a real leader with an incredibly positive attitude. Each day he came to work he greeted me with a smile and said we are here to work even though I would tell him the weather was bad and i would not mind if he wanted to wait for a better day to work. His positive attitude was infectious and spread to his entire team. He is the kind of leader Jim Collins talks about in his business book "Good to Great", how some companies become great companies and others do not.

Theo is a rising star in his company and should be treated so.

I would also like to mention John Mass, the representative who came out to estimate the project work for the company. He was friendly, professional and very helpful in selecting the right technologies to use on our specific problems we were trying to solve. All round Quality 1st lives up to it's name. I recommend them very highly for their work in this field.
