Javier started off great but once i signed a contract seemed less interested. Never followed up to see how the job went or how the basement came out.
Mason is easy going with a great temperament, responsive and an absolute pleasure to work with. Could not ask anything more of him. Ulysses was fantastic. Really made a difference and feel like we hit the lottery having him doing the install. Great team with Mason and Ulysses. Truly difference makers in my opinion.
Impressed. Ulysses treated our home with the utmost respect and cleaned up daily even though he was returning in the morning to start right back up again. Mason came with cleaning products to wipe down some dust from the sump pump install at the end, which should have been after demo pre install.
Really liked the TBF system and you came in competitively priced. Not the cheapest but within reason. The high pressure sales thing, sign today/specials you can do away with in my opinion. Great product that looks even better in person/installed. Mason and Ulysses a home run, they definitely make a difference for your company as they are on-site with client for weeks. Very respectful and professional. Wife and I joked we kind of missed them after they left! They are huge part of the highly rated review. Little bit of frustration/anxiety between deposit and work start due to slow correspondence but overall was a positive experience and love the end result.
