Structural Engineer I consulted with recommended me to do to helical piers or push piers. On searching google, I found Quality first as the best as per customer review. Brochure with all pictures really impressed me. I got quotes from 7 other companies, but none of them are experienced to piers nor professional as Quality first. They all recommended underpinning, and other solutions which do not seem to be the best solution for the issue that we are facing " Basement corner step cracking" Sales person Kenny's approach was very professional, no scare tactics, quote was reasonable and comparable with other quotes, good customer reviews, .... Hoping that we had the best solution... years coming will prove it. Keep up the good work.
