Dan became interested in basement remodeling during his tenure as manager of a local hardware store. He brings a focused, intelligent approach to each job with which he is involved and is a true professional.
After thorough training, Dan began with the company as a System Design Specialist and was quickly promoted to Director of Sales. The sidewalk leading up to the stairs at this home in Newfield had settled, creating a large trip hazard. After hearing about PolyLevel on Facebook, the homeowner contacted Quality 1st Basements to inspect their concrete. A Concrete Repair Specialist headed out to the home and created a plan to raise the concrete. On the day of the installation, our team raised the slabs by injecting Polyurethane foam beneath them. Once the slabs were leveled, the team applied NexusPro Joint Sealant to seal off the area and prevent water and wind from eroding the soil beneath the slabs again. The area is now completely trip hazard free and safe for pedestrians.
A homeowner in Berlin, NJ was tired of constantly worrying about the trip hazard on their front porch. The concrete beneath the slate had sunk over the years, creating a gap between the step and the porch. A homeowner in Medford, New Jersey had debris and insulation in their crawl space that needed to be removed in order for their crawl space to be encapsulated. Our PolyLevel team raised the concrete by injecting polyurethane foam into penny sized holes drilled into the slab. This homeowner had a concrete slab in their backyard that was beginning to crack. In order to keep the concrete from shifting, our polylevel team sealed the cracks with NexusPro Joint Sealant. A sidewalk in the Brown Mills area of New Jersey had settled creating a small trip hazard. Quality 1st Basements drilled small holes into the sinking sidewalk. Using special equipment, Polyurethane foam known as PolyLevel is injected beneath the slab. The foam raises the concrete back towards its original position and then hardens to permanently stabilize it.
Trip hazard was removed and the sidewalk could be used just 15 minutes after raised.

This homeowner in Cream Ridge, NJ had cracks in her concrete basement walls which caused water to leak into the basement. The walls were also bowing. The Quality 1st Basement Systems installation team completed the foundation repair using CarbonArmor foundation stabilization system.
