Owner of a Bloomfield home had water coming into her basement through the walls and floor. The wet basement was causing mold as well. Quality 1st Basement Systems installed a full perimeter system, WaterGuard, to drain the water from the flooring and walls which connects to the TripleSafe Sump Pump. The TripleSafe pumps the water out of the basement. The SaniDry dehumidifier removes moisture from the air removing all future mold symptoms in this basement.
This Bloomfield Crawl Space desperately needed a make over so the homeowner contacted Quality 1st to discuss the CleanSpace Vapor Barrier System and how it will be most useful for this type of area. The CleanSpace Vapor Barrier System not only keeps the dirt and bugs out, but also seals all outside air leaks which will save this homeowner money each month and gives them a more comfortable place to live.
Bloomfield, NJ homeowner contacted Quality 1st Basement System after realizing their floor was settling. The homeowner had looked at our website and was very interested in PolyLevel Foam injections. PolyLevel is a foam that can lift a concrete slab back to level without having to rip up and re pour. The foam is injected under each sinking slab, once underneath, it begins to expand and harden, lifting the slab. PolyLevel is an affordable alternative that will raise any slab and allow the homeowner to walk or drive over it within 15 minutes of job completion.
A smooth ride into the driveway can be interrupted by sinking concrete at the apron and/or the sidewalk leading to the driveway. Jonathan Seminerio, a Concrete Specialist, proposed PolyLevel foam injection to lift the concrete and eliminate the drop. Foreman Sean Johnson and his crew went on-site to install the PolyLevel and resolve the issue.
A resident in Bloomfield, New Jersey was experiencing water coming in through their basement walls. This can happen during periods of heavy rainfall when the soil around the home becomes saturated. This saturated soil pushes against the foundation and water seeps into the walls. The homeowner called Quality 1st Basement Systems to find a solution. Our foreman, Jonathan Neira and the Quality 1st Basement Crew, installed the SuperSump Pump System which will prevent water seepage and collect water and drain it away and out of the basement. Then, the foreman installed the WaterGuard Drain System, which is placed under the slab and sits on top of the foundation's footing. This system collects any water and drains it to the sump pump. Now, the homeowner's basement is protected against water.
