This Vauxhall basement had cracks in the foundation. Knowing the problem needed to be fixed before further structural damage, the homeowner called Quality 1st Basement Systems and asked for a free estimate. The inspector suggested wall anchors, which will support and stabilize the foundation. The wall anchors are made out of steel plates and heavy-duty anchoring rods. For this Vauxhall home, the basement walls were held into place with the anchors, which will straighten the walls over time so more cracks will not form. Wall anchors can be installed year round, with minimal disturbances to the home. Now this home is safe, and the property value has gone up with the structural integrity of the wall anchors.

Damp and humid crawl space in Tuckerton home was causing humidity issues in the other levels of the home. Water vapor from the crawl space flows upward into the home and can cause dust mites, sticking doors and windows, increase utility bills, and mold. This homeowner wanted to make his home more efficient and healthier for his family with allergies. The CleanSpace encapsulation stops water vapor from entering the crawl space and entering the rest of the home.
Quality 1st Basement Systems sealed this dirty crawl space in Little Egg Harbor, NJ with CleanSpace vapor barrier. Sealing off the crawl space protects it from high humidity, moisture, and outside pests. CleanSpace vapor barrier has a built-in freshener that keeps the crawl space smelling fresh and clean.

Quality 1st used PolyLevel, a polyurethane foam to lift the settled driveway. PolyLevel is injected into the concrete through penny-size holes and the foam starts to expand.
