Our System Design Specialist recommended our PowerBrace Foundation Wall Repair System. When a foundation wall has hydrostatic pressure pushing against it, the foundation wall begins to bow inward. To stabilize the failing wall, our team installs multiple PowerBraces that consists of steel beams that are secured to the joists above the wall with brackets. This system can be adjusted allowing the system to be tightened and the wall to be gradually pull back towards its original position.
This basement in Old Bridge, NJ was experiencing bowing walls horizontally and vertically and water was seeping in through the cracks. To prevent future water seepage our team installed our SuperSump pump System to collect and direct any water out of the basement and away from the homes foundation.
