A new homeowner in Old Bridge was surprised to find water coming in through her basement walls. Quality 1st Basement Systems installed a full perimeter basement waterproofing system, CleanSpace wall lining to ensure that no water vapor could enter through the walls, and a TripleSafe sump pump to pump the water up and away from the basement.
This Old Bridge, NJ resident called Quality 1st Basement Systems due to water coming into his basement. There was evidence of water penetration through the walls, floors, and at the base of the stairs. Quality 1st Basement Systems installed a Trench Drain at the base of the stairs to drain the pooling water and prevent it from entering the basement. The Trench Drain drains to the WaterGuard basement waterproofing system keeping this home dry!
Pool season is upon us and it's time to make sure pool decks are even and safe! Quality 1st Basement Systems injected PolyLevel underneath this sinking pool deck in Middlesex County, NJ. By filling the void underneath the sinking slab, the pool deck will be level and ready for summer fun.
This homeowner contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems in regards to water coming into their basement. They said their basement walls were wet and believed there was mold around the existing sump pump. Quality 1st waterproofed the entire basement with WaterGuard, installed a SaniDry Dehumidifier to remove moisture from the basement and installed a waterproof and mold resistant wall panel known as EverLast Finished Wall Restoration.
A homeowner contacted Quality 1st Basements after receiving several inches of water during a heavy rainstorm. The crawl space had moisture and high humidity which overall created a nasty and damp environment. Quality 1st Basements installed a full Vapor Barrier System to seal the crawl space off from water and moisture. The crew installed drainage matting to prevent water from getting trapped underneath the CleanSpace Vapor Barrier Liner. A SmartSump Pump was installed with a built-in alarm to notify the homeowner of any water leaks. With the entire Crawl Space now sealed off from the harsh outside elements, the homeowner no longer had to worry every time it rained. Since the crawl space was now dry, the homeowner began using that space to store personal belongings.
