In this area of the property water would sit in the corner and didn't have a place to drain. Around the perimeter we installed our WaterGuard sub-floor drainage system which connects to the sump system that pumps out any collected water. This interior drain is designed not to clog and effectively keeps the area dry from any water or moisture.
In Timonium, the homeowners wanted more natural light in the basement and were looking into a potential window installation. Our team dug out dirt that lay in front of the existing wall of where we would install the new window. Once we cut through the foundation wall we were able to install the vinyl EverLast Basement Window that now securely brings in more lighting. The EverLast Basement Window is a double pan window that is built with a reinforced frame and won't rust or rot like an average basement window.
In Lutherville Timonium, MD, a homeowner reached out to Quality 1st after dealing with persistent water seepage that left their crawl space damp, musty, and uninviting. Concerned about the long-term effects of moisture, such as mold growth and structural damage, the homeowner was looking for a permanent solution.
After conducting a thorough inspection, our team designed a customized waterproofing plan that included installing our SilverGlo Insulation Panels—providing thermal protection without absorbing moisture—and our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier System to seal out humidity and ground water.
These high-performance systems worked together to eliminate moisture intrusion, improve energy efficiency, and transform the crawl space into a dry, clean, and healthy environment, giving the homeowner lasting protection and peace of mind!
This homeowner in Gambrills, MD wanted to install a window well to prevent water from filling during heavy rains. We removed the old window well to install our Window Well Duct. Along with this, we also installed our WellDuct Window Drain, which will capture the water and channel it down to the drainage system. By installing this system, it will prevent a water-filled window from flooding into the basement. The homeowner's peace of mind was restored thanks to our Inspector and crewman Bernie!
