Upon arrival, our team conducted a detailed assessment of the home’s foundation and confirmed that settlement was the root cause of the wall movement. To permanently stabilize the structure, we designed a customized repair plan that included the installation of our patented Push Pier System. These heavy-duty piers were driven deep into stable soil layers, providing the support needed to lift, level, and reinforce the settling foundation.

This apartment building in Pleasantville, NJ was facing severe cracks in their concrete. These cracks were letting in water, air, and other external elements that were destroying the concrete. Concrete Repair Specialist, Jeff Pitek, did a full inspection and recommended our Concrete Raising Solution, PolyLevel. This polyurethane foam is lightweight and environmentally friendly. 

Small holes are drilled into the concrete and using special equipment, PolyLevel is injected beneath the slab. The PolyLevel foam expands to fill any voids and lifts the slab back towards its original position. Once leveled, the foam hardens to permanently stabilize the concrete slab.
