Quality 1st Basement Systems Before & After Photos

All the walls had to be removed in this basement because they had mold and water damage.  We made repairs to the foundation wall using carbon fiber straps and installed a waterproofing system including the WaterGuard drainage system and a TripleSafe sump pump.  Next we replaced the old drywall with waterproof wall panels which are covered by a 50-year warranty against water and mold damage.  We also installed our ThermalDry Flooring system designed specifically for cold basement floors. The basement was transformed and the homeowners were happy!

The basement in this Parkville, MD home had drywall damaged by water and mold growth. To begin, we removed the old drywall and repaired the foundation walls using carbon fiber wall straps. At this property in Parkville, MD, the laundry room area of the basement collects a lot of water seepage from heavy rain and also in the winter after snow melts. After evaluating the water problem, we installed the below-grade WaterGuard drainage system and SuperSump sump pump. This system provides a permanent solution to help prevent basement flooding and also collects water from wall leaks that will be redirected into the below-grade drain.

At this home the owners were experiencing water coming in through the basement door and the walls on the inside of the home were starting to deteriorate due to the water damage. Our team jackhammered along the outside of the doorway to install our TrenchDrain that is a grated drain which sits flush to the door and prevents doorway flooding. The drain is integrated with the drainage system that connects into the sump pump system that will safely pump out any water that comes down into the stairwell. 

In this finished basement the homeowner was experiencing wall leakage from the rain. We installed our WaterGuard sub-floor drainage system around the perimeter of the home to capture any type of water coming from the wall. Above the WaterGuard we trimmed the wall, hauled away the debris and installed our CleanSpace Vapor barrier on the contracted walls to permanently prevent moisture.
