At this home we installed our IceGuard discharge line from the home to the rear of the property. Our IceGuard discharge line will prevent any type of flooding from being clogged or frozen in cold weather. The water can escape even if the outlet of the pipe is buried under snow or ice, keeping your basement dry in those cold months. 

In Reisterstown, MD, a homeowner grew increasingly concerned after noticing water seepage around their basement and crawl space. We then added CleanSpace Wall Panels and SilverGlo Insulation Panels to create a moisture-resistant, insulated barrier, enhancing energy efficiency and comfort. In the crawl space, our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier System sealed off the earth's moisture, while the powerful SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier was installed to maintain optimal humidity levels and prevent mold growth.

With this complete system in place, the basement and crawl space were fully transformed into a dry, healthy, and functional area, giving the homeowner confidence and peace of mind.

This customer was in need of a sump pump upgrade so we delivered - in the form of a SuperSump pump system with a cast iron pump, capable of pumping up to 2,300 gallons per hour, a heavy-duty liner with an airtight lid that keeps moisture and critters from coming up into the basement, and a WaterWatch Alarm system which alerts you if the water in your sump gets higher than the point where the pump should turn on, giving you time to address the problem before damage occurs.

Another wise choice by this homeowner was our SaniDry Sedona, lovingly referred to as the “Pint-Sized Powerhouse” for its high performance and high efficiency. Small enough to fit in a crawl space, powerful enough to pull 100 pints of moisture out of the air per day and to move 300 cubic feet per minute (yup, I said minute) of that dry air around your space, and by way of a discharge hose, it automatically drains into your sump system. A true set it and forget it! As an added bonus, the SaniDry’s “duet” filter removes airborne allergens like mold spores, dust and the #1 offender, dust mite droppings!

This customer was in the market for an Egress installation for their finished basement, and reached out to us for help. There are many benefits to Egress windows, they add value to your home, due to their large size, they allow a ton of natural lighting to shine through and brighten up the dark basement and, Egress windows are also a quick and safe way to exit the basement in case of an emergency. For this Egress project we installed a 60x48 Slider Egress Window and paired it with out Egress Rockwell and Rockwell cover.

Here at this property the sump system was not pumping enough water out and was in need of getting replaced. The team installed our TripleSafe pump system with twin liner that has our UltraSump battery back up system with control box alarm. This triple pump system will adjust to the pumping requirements and the battery back up will protect the home from flooding during power outages, keeping your basement safe and dry.
