Ensuring that your crawl space is sealed from elements is important because it will keep the space dry and healthy. This homeowner in Lebanon, New Jersey noticed their dirt crawl space was attracting moisture and humidity, so they contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems. Our System Design Specialist, JC Gibriano provided a thorough inspection and suggested they encapsulate the space. Our foreman began by installing our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier System which is thick and durable like a pool liner. CleanSpace will prevent moisture and water from entering the crawl space. This will also seal the crawl space from the earth's elements and provide extra storage space for the homeowner!
This homeowner in Lebanon, New Jersey contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems to stabilize their foundation walls. Our System Design Specialist, Greg Louis, suggested installing a wall reinforcement system. Our crew installed our Carbon Armor Wall Reinforcement System. CarbonArmor is a long-lasting and durable system that's ten times stronger than steel. It's intended to stabilize the foundation walls and is applied to the wall with epoxy resin.
This homeowner in Lebanon, New Jersey wanted to install a sump pump in their basement to prevent flooding and water seepage. We installed our TripleSafe Sump Pump System which will keep the basement protected. TripleSafe also has an airtight enclosed lid to prevent water vapor from rising into the air. Thanks to our System Design Specialist, Greg Louis, and our foreman Heriberto, the basement will stay dry and healthy!
Check out how we waterproofed this basement in Lebanon, NJ! We installed our SuperSump Pump System and WaterGuard French Drain System to collect and direct water away from the homes foundation. Keeping the basement dry has many benefits to your home. It prevents mold and mildew which can cause poor air quality. It stops moisture which can threaten the wooden beams and floor joist. Lastly, it's a stressful process to clean every time the basement experiences water seepage or potential flooding.
Quality 1st Service Technician Nelson visited the Lebanon homeowner to provide the recommended annual maintenance on the TripleSafe Sump Pump System. As the liner can accumulate dirt and sediment as ground water passes through the system, Nelson cleaned the primary 1/3 hp cast-iron Zoeller pump as well as the secondary 1/2 hp pump and the UltraSump Battery Backup Sump Pump. Nelson cleared the breather holes, changed the check valves, cleaned the pump stands and liner, and checked to ensure there were no blockages in the discharge line. The system was once again in top notch condition to provide a wet basement solution with protection from ground water intrusion!
