Quality 1st Basement Systems Before & After Photos

This homeowner from Maple Shade, NJ was noticing sinking slabs on the side of their house. They called Quality 1st Basements to remedy the issue. One of our System Design Specialist recommended Polylevel to inject underneath the sunken slabs to bring them back up to their original positions. The Polylevel foam expands under each slab once it's injected and is strong enough to hold up concrete and keep it stabilized long term. A homeowner in Maple Shade, NJ had annual maintenance performed on his TripleSafe Sump Pump System. Service Technician Anton removed the airtight lid to access the  Zoeller pumps. Both the 1/3 hp cast-iron pump, capable of pumping 2,220 gallons of water per hour at an 8 foot head, as well as the 1/2 hp cast-iron pump, capable of pumping an additional 3,900 gallons of water, were removed from the liner and cleaned.
