This homeowner in Maple Shade, New Jersey noticed their pool patio was cracking and beginning to sink. This occurs because concrete is poured over poorly backfilled soil. Our customer service representative booked them an appointment with our System Design Specialist, Chris Bowe. Chris provided an inspection of the pool patio and he suggested that they use polyurethane foam to lift and level the concrete. 

A few days later, our foreman arrived at the home and began the process of installing the PolyLevel Injection System. This is done by drilling tiny holes into the concrete and injecting the foam into the voids underneath. This process is repeated until the concrete is brought to a level position.
