Persistent dampness in a Bridgeton, NJ basement soon signaled a far more serious issue that couldn’t be ignored. Water had begun seeping inside due to inadequate drainage support, and what first appeared as a minor nuisance quickly escalated into concerns about mold growth and potential structural damage. Realizing the risks of leaving the problem unresolved, the homeowner turned to Quality 1st for a dependable and long-term waterproofing solution.
Our team conducted a thorough inspection of the basement, carefully identifying the points of water intrusion and evaluating the overall condition of the space. With these findings, we developed a customized waterproofing plan tailored to the home’s specific needs. This plan included the installation of our patented WaterGuard Drainage System, engineered to efficiently capture and direct water away from the basement interior. To further strengthen the environment and prevent mold development, we paired the drainage system with our mold-resistant CleanSpace Wall Panels, which also add a bright, clean finish to the basement walls.
Upon completion of the installation, the homeowner immediately benefited from a significantly drier and more stable basement. The combination of WaterGuard and CleanSpace created a robust barrier against future moisture, ensuring long-lasting protection and improved indoor air quality!
