Concerns arose for a homeowner in Collegeville, PA when their front entryway sidewalk began showing signs of concrete settlement, creating uneven surfaces that posed a safety risk for both residents and visitors. Recognizing the need for a reliable and long-lasting solution, the homeowner contacted the professionals at Quality 1st Basement Systems to address the problem and restore stability to the sidewalk.
After conducting a detailed inspection, our System Design Specialist, John, identified the underlying causes of the settling and designed a customized repair plan. The solution involved installing our patented PolyLevel Foam Injections, a high-performance technique that lifts and stabilizes concrete by filling voids beneath the slab.
Once completed, the sidewalk was successfully restored to a level, secure, and visually appealing condition, giving the homeowner a safe and durable entryway with confidence in its long-term performance!
