In this unfinished basement, water was seeping in through the floor during heavy rainfall. We dug a trench along the perimeter of the wall to install our WaterGuard sub-floor drainage system that will flow the collected water down into the sump pump system. Lastly, we installed our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier that captures any wall leakage or moisture seeping in through the stone and carries it down into the sub-floor drain. At this Pottstown home, the owner was getting water in through horizontal cracks in the foundation wall. The team went out to install our CarbonArmor Wall Stabilization Straps that is 10x stronger than steel and flexible enough to form tightly against the foundation wall. The CarbonArmor straps are secured to the floor joist and will quickly stabilize the foundation wall that has begun to bow. This system connects down into the sub-floor drainage system that will securely collect any and all wall leaks, then flows down into the sump pump.
