We recently assisted a homeowner in Little Neck, NY, who contacted Quality 1st after facing ongoing concerns relating to concrete settlement around their driveway. The concrete slabs around the area were becoming increasingly uneven and disheveled, resulting in unsafe walking conditions and a decrease in the overall curb appeal of the driveway.

Luckily, our team was able to successfully restore the driveway by administering our specially patented PolyLevel Foam Injections to lift and level the slabs to their designated surface height. Along with an application of our ultraviolet resistant NexusPro Joint Sealant, to ensure the surface is fully protected against erosion.

In Little Neck, NY, a homeowner recently reached out to us at Quality 1st because they were facing a worrying problem: water regularly seeping into their basement. This damp intrusion not only affected the usability of the space but also raised concerns about potential damage and mold growth. After a thorough evaluation, it became clear that an effective solution was needed to handle the ongoing water issue. The first part of the project was the installation of the WaterGuard system. This was meticulously laid beneath the basement floor, effectively serving as an invisible guard to channel any incoming water directly to the sump pump. Next, we installed the CleanSpace Encapsulation to provide an added layer of protection against moisture, substantially reducing any chance of humidity issues and fostering a healthier basement environment. Finally, we set up the TripleSafe Sump Pump system, known for its reliability with not one, but three levels of pump protection.
