This Englewood, NJ homeowner decided it was finally time to resolve concrete settlement issues around their backyard pool deck. They noticed slabs were becoming increasingly disheveled and feared for the worst. This owner knew without a proper fix, this problem would eventually result in an overall decline in the structural integrity of their home, as well as, potentially fatal tripping hazards. After our foreman Ash and his crew arrived at the home and began installing our specially formulated PolyLevel Foam Injections beneath the sunken slabs, they were able to lift and restore them to their designated surface height. Not only did our team repair this surface but with the power of PolyLevel securely in place, we have ultimately strengthened and fortified this surface to withstand settlement challenges for many years ahead.
This Englewood, NJ, homeowner decided it was time to replace their ineffective sump pump after noticing consistent signs of water seepage in their basement as a result of heavy rainfall. The owner feared that without a permanent solution their beloved storage space would suffer a severe structural decline, as well as, rot and potential mold growth.
Luckily our team of waterproofing experts were fully prepared to tackle this challenge head on! The crew carried out an extensive inspection before installing our TripleSafe Sump Pump System, this high-performance sump pump will provide the home with three levels of heavy-duty protection against water intrusions.
We have entirely eliminated water seepage issues, and safeguarded this owners basement for many years ahead!

Quality 1st's recommended annual service on pumps include a complete disassembly and cleaning in order to keep the system operating at its best as a reliable wet basement solution. An important step in servicing a sump pump includes replacing the batteries on the WaterWatch Alarm and checking to ensure it is operating correctly. The WaterWatch Alarm has the job of alerting the homeowner if, for some reason, water has risen above the point where the pump should have been operating. A pump failure can cause water to seep into the living space, so with a properly operating WaterWatch Alarm, the homeowner will know when to contact the Quality 1st Service Team for service.
While this customer's SuperSump Sump Premier Pump System functions to pump up to 2,220 gallons of water per hour out of their garage, the customer decided during annual maintenance with Chris to add the UltraSump Battery Backup System. This additional battery-operated pump kicks in during a power outage or malfunction of main pump, thereby continuing to pump water out of the garage area. This backup system can pump more than 11,500 gallons of water on a fully-charged battery, providing continue protection against flooding until the main pump is operational again!
