A homeowner located in Langhorne, PA reached out to our team after noticing the initial indications of concrete settlement around their backyard pool area. Without the proper reinforcement, this issue could result in potentially fatal walking conditions and an overall decline in the structural integrity of the walkway.
Luckily after meeting with our system design specialist John, we were able to supply this owner with a reliable fix. Next our foreman Ash and his crew arrived at the home and began installing PolyLevel Foam Injections underneath the sunken slabs to fully restore them to their original surface height.
With this fortifying product fully installed, this pool deck is now entirely repaired and strengthened to defend against future settlement challenges.
This homeowner located in Langhorne, PA was recently struggling with persistent water flowing into their crawl space, specifically stemming from where the wall meets the floor. We implemented a comprehensive solution by installing a TripleSafe Sump Pump for efficient water removal, a CleanSpace Vapor Barrier to seal and protect the overall structural integrity of the crawl space from mold and mildew, and a WaterGuard French Drainage System, to channel water away from the foundation into the sump pump. These heavy-duty systems successfully eliminated the water leakage challenge, resulting in a dry and secure crawl space for the homeowner to rejoice in!
When a homeowner in Langhorne, PA, observed several puddles forming in their basement, they recognized the urgency of the situation. Basements are susceptible to water intrusion due to inadequate drainage and high groundwater levels, which can lead to mold growth and structural damage. Understanding the potential risks, they reached out for an effective solution. We implemented our TripleSafe Sump Pump, WaterGuard French Drain System, and TrenchDrain System. The TripleSafe ensures dependable water removal with a battery backup, while the WaterGuard channels water away from the foundation, and the TrenchDrain captures surface water before it can seep in. By addressing these initial puddles, this homeowner successfully transformed their space and safeguarded their investment.

Every time it rained, this homeowner noticed that water would pool up by the street and slowly start seeping into their basement. We recommended installing our WaterGuard system along the basement’s perimeter, a TripleSafe Sump Pump to efficiently pump out any gathered water, and our SaniDry Sedona to keep the humidity and dampness in check. These photos show the process of installing a feed line as well as the TripleSafe system!
A homeowner in Glen Gardner, New Jersey reported their walls bowing inwards and cracking. This is a major sign of foundation issues and can happen because the soil around the home's foundation settles and becomes saturated. The homeowner contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems and our System Design Specialist, Laszlo Lenkey, provided an inspection of the home. He suggested they install a strap support system to bring the wall to its original position. Our foreman, Esau Aquino, installed The CarbonArmor Wall Reinforcing System which is carbon fiber straps that are stronger than steel. The Carbon Armor Straps provide the ultimate stabilization to the wall and are placed on the wall with a high-strength epoxy resin. There are brackets above the system that allow the straps to be adjusted to bring the wall towards the original position.
