A homeowner in Seaside Heights, NJ noticed their crawl space was damp and smelly. They contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems for a solution. Our team recommended our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier System to seal the crawlspace from the outside elements. Installing CleanSpace to the walls and floor will stop dampness and moisture from passing through. This system will prevent mold growth and musty odors in the future.
We were recently contacted by this Seaside Heights NJ homeowner who was facing concerns of potential tripping hazards and a structural decline due to concrete slabs settling directly near their home's front porch patio. After conducting a thorough examination of the situation our system design specialist Joseph was able to offer the owner an essential solution to meet their needs. Next, our foreman Ash and his talented team of concrete repair experts arrived at the home and began installing our specially patented PolyLevel Foam Injections as well as our ultra violet resistant NexusPro Joint Sealant. With the help of PolyLevel, we have successfully restored the surface to its original height and stabilized the soil beneath by ensuring all voids created by poorly distributed soil are filled.

A homeowner in Brielle, New Jersey was experiencing water seeping into their walls and puddling on the floor during heavy rainfall. They contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems and our System Design Specialist, Mike DiVirgilio, was able to provide an inspection. Mike suggested they install a new sump pump system and French drain system. Our foreman, Juan Garcia, installed the SuperSump Plus Pump System, which will effectively pump water out of the basement. The foreman also installed the WaterGuard Drain System which sits on top of the footing to be kept out of the mud zone. WaterGuard will catch water and drain it to the sump pump.
