In this unfinished basement, water was coming into the home intermittently from both the floor and walls when it would rain. We installed our WaterGuard sub-floor drainage system that will carry the captured water down the drain and into the sump pump system. The team placed our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier around the foundation walls where the water was coming in from which captures the vapor and leakage coming in through the walls. Lastl,y we removed the old sump system and installed our SuperSump pump with Zoeller M53 cast iron pump that will pump up to 3,900 gallons of water.
