The driveway and sidewalk of this beautiful Eatontown, NJ home was sinking about 3 inches causing a tripping hazard for those walking by. Quality 1st Basement Systems was able to raise the concrete slab back to level and remove the tripping hazard. Neighbors were able to walk over the sidewalk area within 15 minutes of the job being completed.  

These homeowner's wanted to have their old backyard walkway repaired. We were able to fix the issue by injecting  PolyLevel underneath the sinking slabs which was able to lift the slabs back to level. The Q1 team was able to transform this backyard entrance into a safe walkway again.

System Design Specialist did a full inspection of the foundation and found several basement walls had bowed inward and became to form staircase cracks. When this customer reached out to us about their sagging floors we sent Senior Design Specialist, Ken Peare out to inspect the crawl space and provide a solution. When he noticed the crawl space beams were sagging, he recommended stabilizing them with our SmartJack Crawl Space Stabilizers. SmartJacks are attached to the sagging crawl space beams for supplemental support. These system will often lift the beams back towards their original position. 

The crawl space has the proper support and the homeowners no longer have the issue of sagging floors in the home!
