Quality 1st Basement Systems installed WaterGuard basement waterproofing system in conjunction with CleanSpace Vapor Barrier on the walls. The WaterGuard prevents water from entering into the basement through the floors. The CleanSpace vapor barrier will stop water from coming into the basement through the walls by draining the water to the WaterGuard. This basement is now bright, dry, and clean!

Our System Design Specialist inspected the crawl space and recommended the crawl space be encapsulated. The foreman installs it by removing uneven surfaces and debris, carefully fits and installs the liner, and permanently holds it in place with drilled-in fasteners. Now, the homeowner has a dry and clean space, which is perfect for storage.
