At this home, the owner had us install a drainage pipe about 19ft from the home. We were able to dig up the top soil and install the discharge line that is connected from the Sump Pump. The advantages of having an outdoor discharge line are that it is not difficult to install, more cost-efficient, and easier for our installers to come out and maintenance. The discharge line provides a secure way of having unwanted water flow safely from the Sump Pump in the basement to the outside of the home.
At this home, the gutters surrounding the roof were getting water backup due to the constant leaves and debris getting clogged.
