At this home, the owner had us install a drainage pipe about 19ft from the home. We were able to dig up the top soil and install the discharge line that is connected from the Sump Pump. The advantages of having an outdoor discharge line are that it is not difficult to install, more cost-efficient, and easier for our installers to come out and maintenance. The discharge line provides a secure way of having unwanted water flow safely from the Sump Pump in the basement to the outside of the home.

At this home, the gutters surrounding the roof were getting water backup due to the constant leaves and debris getting clogged. The team went out to the site and installed our RainDrop Gutter Guard that can handle any type of water downpour and is highly adaptable to every roof style. At this home, we installed our LawnScape Well discharge line, which is an outlet system that attaches to our SumpPump line from inside the home. We create a trench where the line will be installed and fit into place. The discharge line runs underground to the back of the home, which is designed to protect the line from discharged water and is made to blend in with the landscape preventing any type of stumbling hazard.
