This Martinsville, NJ home had developed a crack in the first floor. The homeowners contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems in regards to helping repair their foundation. SmartJacks were installed in this crawl space to properly support this foundation.
A resident in Oak Ridge, New Jersey noticed their basement walls were beginning to crack and bow inwards. They contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems and our System Design Specialist, Laszlo Lenkey, provided an inspection and suggested they use a wall reinforcement system. Our foreman, Wilver Cardoza, installed the CarbonArmor Wall Reinforcement System which is made from a fiber-reinforced polymer. The straps are attached to the wall and secured with heavy-duty steel brackets. The straps will stabilize the wall and begin to pull it back towards its original position.
