Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

A Bridgewater, NJ, homeowner was interested in encapsulating their crawl space, so they contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems for an estimate. A solution was installed, the CleanSpace Moisture Barrier, which seals the space off from the outside elements. Stopping moisture and dampness from passing through the dirt floor and foundation walls will help keep this space dry and healthy.

We installed SmartJack Stabilizers to provide additional support to the floor joist and crawl space beams to prevent sagging floors and structural issues in the future. Our team also installed our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier System to prevent moisture and water from seeping through the foundation wall.

Next, the foremen installed the WaterGuard Drain System which sits on top of the footing, instead of alongside it. This keeps the wet dirt from getting into the drain because it does not sit in the mud. Now, the homeowner does not have to worry about water or moisture getting into the basement.
