Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

In this Pennsylvania home, the dirt crawl space was getting humid and the owner looked to insulate and to keep the temperature down. In order to keep the humidity low and odors out, we installed our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier that encapsulates the area. Our vapor barrier is a 7-layer polyethylene composition that is created to reduce moisture and it will help seal out cold drafts that come up through the home. By installing this system, the crawl space is now transformed into a clean, dry and more energy efficient. 

The owner of this home reached out to the company regarding a 3ft crawl space in need of encapsulation. In order for us to repair this space, we had the team install our CleanSpace crawl space encapsulation system, which acts as a sealant to transform a damp, dirty place into a clean, dry, mold-free crawl space. We used the encapsulated system to surround the dirt crawl space and bottom piers, then we installed our SilverGlo wall panels to provide a barrier keeping back moisture and humidity. 

At this property in New Castle, DE the crawl space was taking in moisture and the old barrier needed replacement. We went into the crawl space to remove and haul away the old insulation in order to install our SilverGlo insulated wall panels. These panels are combined with highly efficient graphite insulation that has a built-in heat barrier that radiates, turning your crawl space into an energy-efficient area.

To help out, we installed a Sanidry Sedona Dehumidifier, Clean Space Vapor barrier, and Terrablock Floor insulation with Drainage matting. All of this allows the crawl space to be free of moisture while giving it a nice, clean look.
