Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

Our team installed a full perimeter waterproofing system in for the homeowner of this crawl space in Plymouth Meeting, PA. As part of the process we installed our SilverGlo Wall Panels to help against the cold drafts. SilverGlo is installed against the foundation walls to help contain heat and keep the floors on the first floor warm. 

A homeowner in Montclair, NJ was experiencing a musty odor originating from their crawl space and permeating their home. Acknowledging this issue, the homeowner sought a waterproofing solution to prevent moisture build-up that was contributing to the unpleasant smell. Our Quality 1st team provided an effective solution and was eager to assist.

The crawl space was encapsulated with our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier, which lined both the floor and walls. Beneath the vapor barrier, our Drainage Matting was installed to promote water flow and prevent water from becoming trapped on the floor. CleanSpace is highly durable and is backed by a guarantee against mold or mildew growth. This system is designed to keep the crawl space dry and to mitigate further concerns regarding unpleasant odors or structural damage.
