The Q1 team  sealed off the crawl space by encapsualting it with a durable, liner referred to as CleanSpace which provides a vapor barrier. SilverGlo was installed to the floors and walls of the crawl space as a heat barrier to keep it dry during the cold months. The homeowner was very pleased with the job done and hasn't gotten water since.

The Q1 team insulated the crawl space with SilverGlo which is a heat barrier, keeping the warm air in and the cold drafts out. The team applied the SilverGlo to the rim joist as well because most of the cold air will find entry in from this part of the crawl space. TerraBlock was installed above the SilverGlo for extra insulation to prevent the cold air from coming up from the ground. Lastly, CleanSpace is applied over the TerraBlock, to seal the crawl space off from water vapor, moisture, and water, keeping the crawl space dry and providing the homeowner with a new area for storage.
