This homeowner in Richmond Hill, New York was experiencing moisture in their crawl space. They contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems and our System Design Specialist, Mike Fiorillo, provided an inspection and suggested they encapsulate the space. Our foreman, Luis Aguirre installed the CleanSpace Vapor Barrier System. This is done by removing debris, leveling uneven surfaces, and then installing the system with drilled-in spikes and fasteners. CleanSpace is water-proof and mold-proof and seals the crawl space from the earth's elements to keep the space dry.
