Uneven Driveway Restored with PolyLevel in Mount Laurel, NJ
Challenge
After moving into their new home in Mount Laurel, the homeowners quickly noticed their long concrete driveway had developed numerous uneven sections. Several large concrete panels had settled at different heights, creating trip hazards and making the driveway look worn despite the home's overall appearance. Cracks had also formed throughout the driveway, and open joints were allowing water to seep beneath the concrete, increasing the likelihood of continued settlement.
Solution
Rather than replacing the driveway, our team recommended lifting the existing concrete with PolyLevel. This innovative polyurethane foam is injected beneath settled concrete through small drilled holes, allowing technicians to precisely raise each slab back toward its proper position. Once the driveway panels had been leveled, Foreman JD and Jose sealed the existing cracks and joints with NexusPro Joint Sealant to help prevent future water infiltration while giving the repaired surfaces a clean, finished appearance. The once uneven driveway now provides a smooth transition from panel to panel, greatly improving both safety and curb appeal. Because the homeowners were able to preserve their existing concrete, they avoided the expense and lengthy disruption associated with full driveway replacement.
